American Cochlear Implant Alliance was founded by volunteers, and we are grateful to everyone who have donated their time, talent and services to the establishment of our organization. At the present, the following committees are active.
The organization is led by a Board of Directors, whose membership is located here: https://www.acialliance.org/page/BoardofDirectors. Annually we solicit nominations for the slate to the Board, which is then voted upon by the membership at the annual conference.
We encourage participation throughout our organization by individuals who have relevant cochlear implant experience including, but not limited to, those who are surgeons, audiologists, speech pathologists, educators, auditory therapists, psychologists, social workers, parents or adult recipients.
